File setup can be a complicated process. We placed some guidelines below to help understand what files we recommend; however don’t stress. All files are checked for quality by our artists before printing. You can trust us to make sure you get the best quality print.

With that being said, the quality of the print does depends 100% on the quality of your design file.

There are two main types of digital graphics files that we accept, vector and raster. Vector files are composed using mathematical formulas to create the lines and curves in a design. Raster files are composed using thousands of dots or pixels. Vector files are highly recommend to produce the highest quality prints. If your design is a raster file please save at 300 Pixels Per Inch at full print size.

So to keep it simple, if you have a vector file that is the most preferred. If the above information is a little confusing then just send us what you think is the best. We will let you know druing the digital proofing stage if the file will work or not.
